Job Vacancy – Office Administrator

A part time position of approximately  15 – 20 hrs per week is available to join our office team based in Preston.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate, preferably with experience of working in an office environment and with knowledge of the construction industry.

Duties to include:

  • Processing / posting transactions using accountancy software
  • Bank / VAT reconciliations
  • Monthly Director reports
  • General office admin tasks
  • Quality Compliance  (ISO 9001, CHAS, CSCS )
  • Processing weekly timesheets & allocating to contracts
  • Responding to client queries / emails

Candidate Requirements:

  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office
  • Good standard of written English

Salary commensurate with experience.
