Pendle & Grizedale Student Accommodation Refurbishment – Lancaster University

This project was particularly challenging in that the works had to be completed during the students summer break, giving us a window of only 10 weeks. The project involved the strip out & major refurbishment of the Pendle & Grizedale student accommodation blocks, consisting of 472 bedrooms, 120 shower rooms & 120 toilets ,plus the re-decoration of the entire building internally.
